KiX Contest!

Contest Rules and Disclaimers

1. Eligibility: I affirm that I am not affiliated with Copper Mountain Broadcasting (CMB), any participating merchants in this contest, other broadcasting companies, their families, or assigns. Additionally, there has not been more than one (1) CMB contest winner in my household in the past 30 days.

2. Special Event/Concert Prizes: Winners of special events or concert tickets may only win once per show, per event, per household. This policy applies to, but is not limited to, concerts, Monster Jam, Disney on Ice, conventions, music festivals, and special holiday events with select dates.

3. Disqualification and Legal Action: I understand that any violation of these rules, as stated in CMB’s general contest rules or the official rules for this particular contest, may result in disqualification and could subject me to criminal prosecution.

4. Liability Waiver: Upon acceptance of any prize, I release Copper Mountain Broadcasting and its sponsors from any and all liability related to the prizes. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims, demands, rights, or causes of action of any kind or nature arising from my receipt or use of the prize.

5. Prohibition on Ticket Resale: Any person found selling tickets won from any of our stations, including in-person sales, third-party websites, or on personal or public social media sites, will be prohibited from winning any future prizes from CMB. Tickets may be deactivated without notice and will not be replaced for any reason.

6. Event Cancellations: I understand that Copper Mountain Broadcasting is not responsible for any cancellations of concerts, live shows, events, or similar activities. No compensation will be provided for tickets to events that are canceled.

7. Prize Delivery via USPS: I have given CMB permission to mail my prize to the address provided via standard United States Postal Service (USPS). I confirm that the address provided is correct and accept full responsibility for any delivery issues, including but not limited to delays, theft, or lost mail. Prizes will be mailed in a standard envelope only.
